High Pressure Smooth Bore PTFE Hose
We offer high pressure PTFE hose post-sintered (gas and heavy duty applications) and non-post-sintered (most industrial applications) options.
For hoses that use gas at high pressure, it is necessary to specify HPG grade PTFE liner. HPG grades are also required when high pressures are applied to "permeate" fluids.
HPG grade tubing is produced by subjecting PTFE tubing to a specific special process, commonly referred to as "post-sintering", which increases the material's resistance to gas infiltration and porosity development in service.
Choose from virgin PTFE or conductive black tubing. Available in bulk lengths or complete assemblies and accessories. Various types of tests can also be performed.

Heavy Duty Ultra-High Pressure Hose Series
Inner tube: Virgin / Conductive black PTFE
Tube wall thickness: 1.5mm - 2mm (depending on sizes)
Reinforcement layer: 4 layers of high tensile wire spiral and 1 layer of high tensile stainless steel 304 wire braided
Temperature range: -65℃ ~ +260℃ (-85℉ ~ + 500℉), higher temperature, lower pressure

Applications: High temperature or extreme impulse hydraulics, plastics reaction injection molding (RIM), heated hose, high pressure gas and oxygen transfer, liquids and chemicals, especially suited to applications with significant impulsing, and outputs from hydraulic or pneumatic pumps.
