The PTFE convoluted hose is an abrasion-resistant, versatile hose that has excellent flexibility and kink resistance. And in the high temperature and low temperature have excellent temperature characteristics, excellent chemical resistance, pollution-free characteristics, low friction coefficient and deterioration resistance. Its non-stickiness also made the inner tubes easy to clean and maintain.
Therefore, this hoses are commonly used for applications in automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing, plastic and rubber molding machines, etc. Also for some applications, conductive tubes can be used to dissipate electrostatic charges.
PTFE corrugated hose
Characteristic:
The inner core is corrugated polytetrafluoroethylene, and the reinforced braiding is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Working temperature:
From – 60 ° C to + 260 ° C from – 76 ° f to + 500 ° f

Medium-duty spiral-corrugated PTFE hose suitable for feeding products including chemicals and food.

Corrugated stainless steel polytetrafluoroethylene series hose is mainly used for high-pressure conduction of paint, oil, air, water, water-based fluid, and steam. A special type of hose flexibility is required here, which is provided by an internal corrugated core.
These hoses do not dissipate static charges when conveying non-conductive fluids.
