Transparent PTFE smooth bore tube + 0.3mm stainless steel 304/316 wire (adding one group of green stainless steel 304/316 wire)

(2) Hose dimension: 8mm ID x 11.4mm OD after braided, tube wall thickness is 0.85mm.

(3) Minimum bending radius: 25mm

(4) Working temperature: continuous temperature resistance – 65℃~+ 260℃.

(5) Max. Working pressure: 175 bar

(6) Min. Burst pressure: 689 bar

If the inner diameter is assumed to be at the center of the outer diameter, divide by 2 to get the wall thickness. That’s where the safety factor comes from. If you give yourself a factor of safety of two, you’re ready. If the inside diameter deviates from the center, the wall actually thins.
