Besteflon Smooth bore hose is reinforced by extruding the inner core of raw PTFE or carbon black PTFE with 304/316 stainless steel wire braid.

For many applications, all sizes, grades and braided smooth bore tubes shall have flexible plastic or fiber braid outer covers. This is usually to protect the SS wire braid layer, increase the working pressure, prevent corrosion, or colour of the hose, or allow to print on the hose。 Different materials coating play different roles.
