These high quality stainless steel braided fluid lines have straight joints at both ends..They are suitable for brake and clutch systems as well as pressure gauges or nitrous acid.
PTFE inner hose with protective stainless steel braided cover makes this line strong and flexible.PVC coating protects the steel wire layer, making the pipe more wear-resistant.Galvanized steel fittings ensure high voltage capability.Choose AN 3 or AN4 according to your needs.
Our stainless steel braided smooth bore PTFE hose offers significant advantages over standard automotive flexible brake hose made from fabric reinforced synthetic rubber. The high-pressure line pressure generated by the competitive braking system means that a large part of the available brake pedal travel may be used to extend the flexible brake hose, resulting in insufficient pedal travel remaining to ensure safe braking. Our stainless steel braided extruded polytetrafluoroethylene hose solves this problem. The stiffness of PTFE lining is combined with tightly woven high-strength stainless steel outer braid to eliminate pipeline expansion, greatly improve the firmness and handle of brake pedal, and enable the driver to adjust the brake more effectively. Increasing wear resistance and temperature capacity are secondary advantages.
Due to the high pressure generated by the brake drive and the small oil displacement, we recommend using – 3 hoses for the brake system. The supply line from the low-pressure reservoir to the master cylinder is preferably made of – 4, as is some clutch hoses, since the use of the slave cylinder and clutch means that a large amount of fluid is required to release.
