PTFE hose end fittings and PTFE lined hose must be used.The hose is becoming more and more popular with the addition of corrosive additives, which are present in many fuels on the market today. The hose has a Teflon lining covered with 308 stainless steel braid and a black nylon braid on top, creating a unique and professional look. We also stock special accessories, which are designed to fit this hose. We can even assemble hose assemblies to your specifications! We sell this hose by foot. As long as you want.The black PTFE hose with an inside diameter of 8 mm by an outer diameter of 12 mm has a working pressure of 1100 psi and an operating temperature of – 100 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Stainless steel braided hose is manufactured in any length. We try to provide the minimum number of connections for the hose, but this is not always possible, any number of hose ordered may include the connector. You can order as many feet as you want.
The braided smooth hole hose is composed of a straight polytetrafluoroethylene pipe liner and one or two stainless steel outer braiding layers. It is the basic design of ptfe hose. It has been successfully applied in many automobile, fluid treatment, chemical transportation, coating, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, cosmetics and general application.
The core of the hose is made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene resin, without any pigment or additive.
The braided wire is made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire.
All hoses are available in antistatic (carbon fiber) versions. Please consult us for details.
