PTFE hose is lined with PTFE hose. PTFE lined hose has PTFE lining and braided or rubber cover. The hose liner can be black conductive polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) to deal with the problem of dielectric static electricity, or it can be white non-conductive polytetrafluoroethylene. The type of hose cover depends on the application. The end fittings of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) hose are crimped or extruded.
Special attention: our antistatic Teflon (with black conductive liner) should be used in places with serious static accumulation, as well as fuel, flammable materials and steam. Since reinforcement is exposed and can also be used as a cover, it is not designed for harsh or rugged environments. Due to the rigidity of PTFE pipe, special attention must be paid to prevent the hose from kinking or exceeding its bending radius
If there is a risk of suffocation, install hose in a well ventilated area.
Structure: tube: white extruded 0.030 “smooth hole PTFE. Cover and reinforcement: a layer of high strength 304SS steel wire.
Temperature range: – 65 ° C to + 260 ° C. Steam only: to + 200 ° C (388 ° f)
Note: for critical applications, follow CPLG / maintenance procedures

The braided smooth hole hose is composed of a straight polytetrafluoroethylene pipe liner and one or two stainless steel outer braiding layers. It is the basic design of ptfe hose. It has been successfully applied in many automobile, fluid treatment, chemical transportation, coating, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, cosmetics and general application.

The core of the hose is made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene resin, without any pigment or additive.

The braided wire is made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire.

All hoses are available in antistatic (carbon fiber) versions. Please consult us for details.
