BESTEFLON PTFE hose is a smooth hole PTFE hose with stainless steel braid, with a diameter of 1-1/8 inch. The diameter listed reflects the nominal size.
It is light weight, can handle various chemicals at high temperature and pressure, and will not deteriorate in use. It is used in many difficult industrial applications that do not require continuous large bending. JIC, NPT, or many other accessories are usually provided.
It can also be used for more tightly bent polytetrafluoroethylene core.

The braided smooth hole hose is composed of a straight polytetrafluoroethylene pipe liner and one or two stainless steel outer braiding layers. It is the basic design of ptfe hose. It has been successfully applied in many automobile, fluid treatment, chemical transportation, coating, pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing, cosmetics and general application.

The core of the hose is made of 100% pure polytetrafluoroethylene resin, without any pigment or additive.

The braided wire is made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel wire.

All hoses are available in antistatic (carbon fiber) versions. Please consult us for details.
