PTFE lined hose for fluid handling
Special attention: our antistatic PTFE smooth bore hose (with black conductive liner) should be used in places with serious static accumulation, as well as fuel, flammable materials, and steam. Since reinforcement is exposed and can also be used as a cover, it is not designed for harsh or rugged environments. Due to the rigidity of the PTFE pipe, special attention must be paid to prevent the PTFE hose from kinking or exceeding its bending radius
If there is a risk of suffocation, install a hose in a well-ventilated area.
Structure: tube: white extruded 0.030 “smooth hole PTFE. Cover and reinforcement: a layer of high-strength 304SS steel wire.
Temperature range: – 65 ° C to + 260 ° C. Steam only: to + 200 ° C (388 ° f)
Note: for critical applications, follow CPLG / maintenance procedures
Cutting method: table cutting machine / / wearing ear and eye protection device
